Ruslan Kapaev (born 29 October 1980) is a Kyrgyzstani male weightlifter, competing in the 94 kg category and representing Kyrgyzstan at international competitions. He competed at world championships, most recently at the 2007 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] But he was disqualified after he was caught for using doping.[2]
