Ruslan Novikov also written as Ruslan Novikau (born 23 July 1979) is a Belarusian male former weightlifter, who competed in the 85 kg category and represented Belarus at international competitions. He competed at world championships, most recently at the 2003 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] He won the gold medal at the 2005 European Weightlifting Championships
