Ruth Baffoe (born 7 November 1994) is a Ghanaian female weightlifter, competing in the 53 kg category and representing Ghana at international competitions. She participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 53 kg event.[1] She won the bronze medal at the 2016 African Weightlifting Championships with a total of 151 kg.
