It was originally introduced in 2014 as an exclusive for the Pakistani market, but was later re-released as a budget phone the following year in a number of markets in Asia. It is now available in the USA through mobile companies like Metro PCS, Cricket, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
It is also available in Canadian locations, such as Freedom Mobile(previously WIND Mobile), chatr, Koodo, SpeakOut(7-Eleven service) and Public Mobile.
