Semtex is the first album by Bristol, UK musician Matt Elliott. It was released in 1996 under the name The Third Eye Foundation.[1] It was released on Matt Elliott's own personal record label, Linda's Strange Vacation with the support of Domino recordings. It was recorded on a 4 track recorder. Along with a mix of guitars, drum machines and noise samples, the album features the voice of Debbie Parsons.[2]
