Tatsuya Shiokawa (塩川 達也 Shiokawa Tatsuya, born March 15, 1983 in Kobe, Japan) is a Japanese Nippon Professional Baseball player. He is currently with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles in Japan's Pacific League.
