The Grip is a 6 track EP release from Brooklyn punk band Cerebral Ballzy. It was released on April 12, 2011[2] in United States through Article. The EP was released on audio cassette[3] only as a limited edition of 1000 copies.

Tracks 1-5 were previously released on the Japanese EP Return Of The Slice. To date track 6 is exclusive to this EP.
