Timocratica grandis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Perty in 1833. It is found in Brazil (Amazonas), French Guiana and Panama.[1]
The wingspan is 22-26 mm for males and 28-30 mm for females. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside of the wings is golden-yellow, slightly tinged with fuscous along the edge. The hindwings are golden-yellow.[2]
