Timocratica longicilia is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Colombia.[1] The habitat consists of tropical montane and tropical lower montane wet forests.
The wingspan is 28-30 mm. The forewings are light fuscous with the costa ochreous to ferruginous and the termen, dorsum, oblique fasciae and cilia fuscous. The underside is golden-yellow. The hindwings are also golden-yellow.[2]
