Tricholaema is a bird genus in the African barbet family (Lybiidae) which was formerly included in the Capitonidae and sometimes in the Ramphastidae. It contains the following species:

- Miombo pied barbet, Tricholaema frontata
- Acacia pied barbet, Tricholaema leucomelas
