Trypauchenichthys is a genus of gobies native to fresh, brackish and marine waters along the Indian Ocean and Pacific coasts of Asia.[1]

- Trypauchenichthys sumatrensis Hardenberg, 1931
- Trypauchenichthys typus Bleeker, 1860
