The Urikhtau gas field is a natural gas field located in Aktobe Province. It was discovered in 1983 and developed by KazMunayGas. The total proven reserves of the Urikhtau gas field are around 1.5 trillion cubic feet (42.2×109m³), and production is centered on 35 million cubic feet/day (1×106m³).[1]
