Viktor Viktorovich Manakov (Russian: Виктор Викторович Манаков; born 9 June 1992) is a Russian professional racing cyclist.[1] His mother is the Lithuanian cyclist Jolanta Polikevičiūtė.[2]
In 2007 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival Manakov represented Lithuania, but later switched to internationally compete for Russia.
