Yeniköy is a village in Tarsus district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the Taurus Mountains to the west of Turkish state highway 
. Its distance to Tarsus is 40 kilometres (25 mi) and to Mersin is 70 kilometres (43 mi). The population of Yeniköy was 178.[1] as of 2012.
