"Åh Amadeus" is a song written by Freddie Hansson and Peo Thyrén, and recorded by Lena Philipsson at her 1986 debut album "Kärleken är evig"[1] This version peaked at Svensktoppen between 1 June-28 September 1986 and peaked at 7th position during a visit lasting for nine weeks.[2] The song has also been recorded by Leyla and released as a single the same year.[3] Song lyrics refer to 18th century Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and his opera The Magic Flute (Swedish: Trollflöjten).
