Eext is a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Aa en Hunze, and lies about 12 km east of Assen.
In 2001, the town of Eext had 819 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.44 km², and contained 366 residences.[1] The statistical area "Eext", which can also include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1400.[2]
Transportation
