Hacıhüseynli (also, Hacı Hüseynli, known as Yelenovka until 1992)[1] is a village and municipality in the Quba Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,731. The municipality consists of the villages of Hacıhüseynli and Novonikolayevka.[2]
