Iballë is an old village and a former municipality in Shkodër County, northern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Fushë-Arrëz.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 1,129.[2] The municipal unit contains the villages Iballë, Sapaç, Levosh, Berishë e Vogël, Berishë Vendi, Berishë e Eperme, Shopel and Mërtur.
