Mířkov (German: Mirschikau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 17.61 square kilometres (6.80 sq mi), and has a population of 287 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mířkov lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north of Domažlice, 39 km (24 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 123 km (76 mi) south-west of Prague.
