Mokrouše is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-City District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.75 square kilometres (1.06 sq mi), and has a population of 176 (as at 3 July 2006).
Mokrouše lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Plzeň and 77 km (48 mi) south-west of Prague.
