Myslovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.05 square kilometres (1.56 sq mi), and has a population of 108 (as at 3 July 2006).
Myslovice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Klatovy, 39 km (24 mi) south of Plzeň, and 107 km (66 mi) south-west of Prague.
