Radomyšl is a market town (městys) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 25 square kilometres (9.7 sq mi), and has a population of 1,128 (as at 2005).
Radomyšl lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Strakonice, 55 km (34 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 93 km (58 mi) south-west of Prague.
