The White Magnolia Plaza is a high-rise building whose construction is earlier suspended, but now has resumed construction as of 2013. It is located north of the Bund, the historic river-front district of Shanghai, adjacent to the international cruise terminal. The original proposal called for a 388-meter tower, but it was later scaled down to 260 m, and then the third and final design was changed to 319.5 meters.[1]
