Skapce is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.97 square kilometres (3.08 sq mi), and has a population of 91 (as at 28 August 2006).
Skapce lies approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-east of Tachov, 30 km (19 mi) west of Plzeň, and 114 km (71 mi) south-west of Prague.
