The Styrian state election of 2010 was held in the Austrian state of Styria on 26 September 2010. The Social Democratic Party of Austria, like the Austrian People's Party, lost 2 seats - also the Communist Party of Austria, which has been represented in the Styrian parliament since 2005. The Freedom Party of Austria won 6 seats, while the Greens could defend their 3 seats.
