Chvalčov is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 22.95 square kilometres (8.86 sq mi), and has a population of 1,623 (as at 2 October 2006).
Chvalčov lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-east of Kroměříž, 18 km (11 mi) north of Zlín, and 249 km (155 mi) east of Prague.
