Phillip Chen is an American politician elected to the California State Assembly. He is a Republican elected to represent the 55th district, encompassing parts of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, he was a school board trustee for the Walnut Valley Unified School District.[1]
