Lesonice (German Lessonitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.93 square kilometres (3.45 sq mi), and has a population of 486 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lesonice lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 34 km (21 mi) south of Jihlava, and 145 km (90 mi) south-east of Prague.
