Prusy-Boškůvky is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.75 square kilometres (2.99 sq mi), and has a population of 609 (as at 28 August 2006).
Prusy-Boškůvky lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Vyškov, 33 km (21 mi) east of Brno, and 212 km (132 mi) south-east of Prague.
